What are the upfront costs to joining Appease?
There is no upfront charges, setup costs and credit card details to start using Appease. You start with a 30 day free trial and we bill you after that.
What if I need to cancel my Subscription?
You can cancel at any time, including during the trial period, by informing us of your intention to do so. There is absolutely notice period or exit charges.
Does my tenants have access to rental information?
All tenants have their own login and home page for rental information. This is available during the duration of the lease and there is no charge for it.
Does Appease own my data?
No. You own your data. However, the access to the data is dependent on full payment of all Appease invoices.
